Creator-owned newsletter subscriber lists with full data portability

User story

As a newsletter creator, I want to own my subscriber list and be able to export it at any time, so that my audience relationship is not held hostage by the platform and I can continue reaching my readers if I leave.

Description

Newsletter subscriber lists belong to the creator, not the platform. Creators can export their full subscriber list at any time in standard formats. The platform facilitates the relationship but does not own it. Subscriber data is never used by the platform for advertising targeting.

Acceptance criteria

1. Creator can export subscriber list (email, subscription date, opt-in confirmation) at any time as CSV
2. Export is available immediately — not gated behind a request/approval process
3. Subscribers have explicitly consented to email communication when subscribing — consent records are included in the export
4. Subscriber data is not used by the platform for any purpose other than delivering the newsletter
5. Creator can transfer newsletter ownership to another account without subscriber re-confirmation
6. Subscribers can manage their subscriptions independently of having a platform account
7. Platform sends no marketing emails to newsletter subscribers without creator permission
